Kinoko is a mujina, a badger yokai. As mujina are shapeshifters, Kinoko's usual look is that of a badger human hybrid. Her unshape shifted form is that of a European badger.Like most yokai, Kinoko started out tricking and messing with humans. She would shapeshift to confuse humans that she was in two places at once, alongside other harmless pranks.As she lived for many years among humanity, she found herself intrigued by their culture, and desire a change of pace. She therefore took her human form, and began to join the motions of humanity throughout the decades.Her love for humanity grew, and she is always open and friendly with those she meets, especially her found family. She always finds herself doing pranks like she did many centuries ago, but ones that would bring joy to others.
